●The smart EV BMS (Electric Vehicle Battery Management System) is a software-based BMS scheme tailored for 8-21 strings lithium batteries, commonly used in electric motorcycles, small three-wheels, small four-wheels, etc. This 8-21s Battery Management System is compatible with various lithium batteries, including lithium-ion, lithium polymer, iron phosphate, and more. The smart BMS PCB adopts an architecture with a front-end acquisition chip and MCU (Microcontroller Unit). The protection parameters can be easily adjusted through the upper computer based on customer requirements.
●The bms lithium ion battery undergoes intelligent balancing, with the balanced opening voltage and pressure difference being easily adjustable through the host computer. There is an option for either charge balance or static balance. Utilizing time-sharing equalization, the maximum equalization current can reach 200mA.
● Incorporate hardware protection functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and short circuit.
●Multiple operating modes are available. When the bms protection board is in a static state, it can delay entering dormancy to achieve the purpose of reducing power consumption.
●The default three-channel temperature detection probe includes one channel for detecting the internal temperature of the protection board, and the two channels can be placed in locations where temperature needs to be detected according to customer requirements.
